A little bit about me...
I won a United States Pizza Competition that made be eligible to compete in Parma Italy at the World Pizza Competition.
I placed 2nd at the Caputo Cup in Atlantic City
I placed 2nd for a PMQ Magazine sponsored competition with my White Clam Pizza
I placed 3rc in the Northeast at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas
and I also came in First Place for the Ansonia Best Pizza Competition.
*My wife and I have competed at the World Food Championships 4 times and I have been CT State Champs in Ribs and Chicken.
